Stroke – CVA

Strokes occur when a part of the brain is deprived of the adequate amount of blood. Blood carries nutrients and oxygen to the different parts of the body and when this supply is cut-off the cells start to die. Strokes are even known as CVA (cerebral vascular accident).

We at Advanced Medical Care request you to never ignore a stroke as it can be deadly. A CVA occurs suddenly, it is hard to read its symptoms, yet if you have any of the following attributes, contact us:

  • Trouble walking
  • Sudden Confusion
  • Unsteadiness
  • Sudden Fall
  • Numbness and weakness
  • Blurred Vision

We make an early diagnosis by reviewing the symptoms and medical history; you might need to go under imaging tests of the brain. Some of the other tests included in the procedure are a blood test and ECG. Depending on the diagnosis results, we offer certain medicines to the patients. During grave issues, we can use surgical methods to cure the condition, yet the patients need not worry as we make it as painless as possible.
