Dina Lemkova-Seryy, MS, FNP-BC is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Ms. Lemkova-Seryy works with a variety of patients to help them achieve optimal cardiac health and improved quality of life. Dina believes in the wholistic approach to care, working with the total patient and family to achieve best health outcomes. Over the last 12 years, Dina has garnered the respect of patients, community, and the treatment team in her role as an RN. She has experience in cardiology, home care, and care management which provide a solid foundation to her practice.
Dina was motivated by her family and personal experiences to go into nursing, and specifically into Cardiology. In her own words: “During undergraduate studies, walking into that first patient room, I felt that I was exactly where I belong.” Now, Dina holds a Master of Science in Nursing, which she completed with high honors. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she worked tirelessly with underserved populations during her clinical experiences. Currently, she practices in Brooklyn and Queens serving patients with multiple cardiology needs. Dina is fluent in English and Russian which makes her accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. In her free time, Dina loves to cook for family and friends, as well as travel around the country and the world, to take in the culture and different cuisines.
