• Fidelis – Dr. Mikolaenko only accepts NEW PATIENTS UNDER FIDELIS MEDICAID. Dr. Neystat and Dr. Dolgovina WILL ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS UNDER MEDICARE AND MEDICARE DUAL PLANS. Cardiologist, Dr. Kapchits accepts all FIDELIS plans
